Pouch Machine Operator -1st Shift Delafield, WI
Pay: $22-$26 per hour BOE
Days: Mondays through Fridays
Shift: First 8am to 4pm
Terms: Contract to Hire
Duties: The Pouch Operator is responsible for setting up and operating high-speed pouch converting assets. This role is tasked with ensuring the highest quality product is produced at the lowest possible cost, while meeting or exceeding the customer requirements and following company policies and procedures and safety practices. The Operator must be detail oriented, dependable and willing to work with other departments to ensure throughput meets all customers’ needs and expectations. In addition, the Pouch Operator will be trained and required to operate a variety of auxiliary equipment to ensure production efficiency and maximize throughput. Knowledgeable in web printing material, print conversion.
