1st Shift Auto Mechanic in Delafield, WI
Hours: 7:30am to 6pm Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30am to 5pm on Fridays
Pay: Depending upon experience: $20 to $30 per hour
Term: Contract to hire
Experience: Some auto repair previous experienceor Auto Mechanic certification.
Duties:
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors estimated costs of vehicle repair.
- Must have experience in the following areas; Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes. Align wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars, and steering mechanisms of automobiles, using special alignment equipment and wheel-balancing machines.
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups.
- Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine cooling, and electrical systems.
- Test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning.
- Rebuild parts or components.
- Rewire electrical or electronic systems.
- Repair defective engines or engine components.
- Install vehicle parts or accessories.
