Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay Rate: $23.00-$28.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri (6:30a-3:00p)

Brief Job Description: Looking for an experienced Turret Punch Operator to take ownership of the Turret Punch area and It's operations by applying their skills and knowledge to the day to day activity of the Turret Punches. This position requires turret punch experience and experience programming turret punches. Implement the Production Fulfillment Process steps related to the fabrication of parts according to work order and customer requirements. Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards. Operate one or more non-CNC controlled production machines to include but not limited to lathes, horizontal and vertical mills, saws, tape cutters, etc. Many duties also involve manual work and/or assembly duties that require the use of various hand tools, paint accessories, drills etc. Places and secures work pieces in proper machine table, holding device, or other appropriate surface using clamps and wrenches. Load, operate and manufacture a variety of parts using various manufacturing equipment to make custom parts according to customer orders and instructions written on Work Orders and blueprints. Perform in-process inspection according to standard procedures. Maintain count and perform packaging duties as required. Understanding G&M coding.
