DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Our client is looking for a CNC Machinist to join their team! The Machinist is responsible for set up, adjustments and operate lathe machines to meet dimension and finish requirements on internal surfaces of cylinders, tubes, sleeves, etc.
Job Duties:
- Set up and run equipment per the appropriate work instruction.
- Measure and obtain the inspection on the “first” piece produced.
- Conduct inspection of parts during “run” per the work instruction and maintain part specification.
- Responsible for maintaining tooling/inserts.
- Conduct daily/weekly maintenance inspections of equipment and record.
- Follow established material handling procedures.
- May operate other equipment/machines as directed by supervision.
- Must maintain flexibility as job or machining priorities change day to day.
- Follow all safety rules while performing job functions.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift
- Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-Midnight
