Job Full Description
Our client is looking for Dryer Operators to join their team! This is a 2nd shift position located in Marathon, WI.
Job Duties:
- Maintain production levels at the highest level without damaging any equipment while maintaining a superior quality product, and a safe workplace.
- Make sure that all departments (bagging, forklift operators, loader operators, pellet mill operators, and custodians) are working safely and efficiently.
- Familiarize yourself with all procedures and with job descriptions in each department.
- Work closely with Pellet Mill Operator to maintain production goals.
- Assist with machine change overs.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
