Ethan Davis

Lead Employment Specialist

Ethan grew up in Gallipolis, OH and graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He was also a member of NROTC and studied Naval Science during his time at the Military College in South Carolina. Prior to joining the Charleston office in 2005, Ethan worked in Human Resources and Staffing, bringing over seven years of experience to the team. In 2017, Ethan was given the Express 'National Champion of Hope' award for his work with the Heroes 4 Higher Foundation. In his free time, Ethan volunteers at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park performing restoration and maintenance work. He also holds a certificate in welding and forklift operations. Ethan now lives in Huntington, WV with his wife, Amanda, and their three children; Savannah, Sydney, and Brooks. "I enjoy the challenge of placing hard working Americans in a variety of careers."

Shelly Carroll

Senior Employment Specialist

Shelly graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from West Virginia State University. She then continued her education at Strayer University, where she earned her MBA in Human Resources. She holds her CSP certification - Certified Staffing Professional, as well as her SHRM-CP certification. She is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Putnam County. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys playing volleyball, softball, and spending time with her family. She resides in Nitro with her husband, two kids and dog, Roxie. "The most rewarding aspect of working as a staffing consultant is having the ability to help find that perfect position for someone."

Kristen Miller

Senior Employment Specialist

Kristen grew up in Charleston, WV and graduated from West Virginia State Community College in 2007 with an Associate's degree in Business/Entrepreneurship. Later, in 2012 she received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from West Virginia State University. In her spare time, Kristen likes to cook, travel, and watch NBA Games (Go Spurs Go!). Kristen currently resides in Saint Albans, WV with her husband Dax and sweet little Chihuahua, Remi Bella. "God is the head of my life. Without Him, I would be nothing. I thank the Lord every day for His works. I am very blessed to be working for Express Employment. Helping great people find great jobs is very rewarding!"

William grew up in Belle, WV and currently resides in South Charleston. He graduated from West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, and has worked in Human Resources and staffing for the last nine years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and fur-babies and going on short vacations to surrounding areas for quality food and adventures. "I love to help people find jobs"

Business Developer

Katie grew up in Rowlesburg, WV. She graduated from Glenville State College in 2007, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Katie comes to us with seven years of staffing experience in both sales and recruiting. She currently resides in Hurricane, WV with her husband, Corey, son, Hank, and daughter, Quinn. “It’s an amazing feeling to know that what I do on a daily basis is creating more opportunities for others as well as generating growth for our clients.”

Amanda Sosebee

Business Developer

Amanda grew up in Ansted, WV and graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. Amanda brings over 20 years of experience to the team, having held positions as Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Development Director. She currently resides in Charleston, WV with her fiancé, Michael, and her two daughters, Mattie and Ariana. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her girls play basketball and cheer, shopping, and traveling. “It is so rewarding to know that you have made a positive impact on someone’s life and helped them at a time when they needed it the most.”

Amanda Iddings

Front Office Coordinator

Amanda grew up in Saint Albans, WV and has an extensive background in customer service. She has an Associate’s degree in Addiction Counseling and has always had a passion for helping others. In her spare time, Amanda most enjoys being with her son, Harlow, and her boyfriend, David. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, singing, anything involving the outdoors, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She has a lifelong love for music and creativity and loves to cook. She now resides in Cross Lanes with her son, boyfriend, golden retriever puppy, and two cats. “There is nothing more rewarding than helping people become the best version of themselves.”

Toni Hartman

Administrative Assistant

Toni was born and raised in NW Ohio. She is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, Joshua, and a proud mother to their four grown children. Toni has over 20 years of experience in finance and administration. She settled in Charleston after working for a variety of banking institutions and faith-based nonprofits in Ohio and Colorado. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her teammates at Express Employment with the common goal of facilitating quality workforce connections in our community. Toni has a special affinity for nature and the great outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys taking in the wonders of God’s magnificent creation. When she isn’t at work or taking care of her family, Toni can be found running or hiking in the woods where she finds peace and liberation from the cares of the world.
