Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a local Cheyenne company. A successful candidate will be dependable, confident, and detail-oriented with an ability to be flexible in switching gears to where the flow is most demanding. This assignment is temporary starting September 16th through the end of December depending on work load.
Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $16.50/hr.
Background Check is required
The ideal candidates will possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, with the ability to handle difficult calls with confidence
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and alphabetical file set up and maintenance
- Ability to follow instructions, and perform detailed clerical work in a systematic, independent, and thorough manner.
- Typing, computer, and windows based software experience
- Experience working with databases and data entry
