Burn Table Operator position in Prichard, WV.
A steel company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Skilled Laborer to join their team. If you have experience reading a tape measure, working with steel, and operating a burn table and forklift, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Work with steel materials efficiently and safely.
- Operate a burn table (experience is a plus).
- Operate a forklift (experience is a plus).
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Skilled labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Experience working with steel materials.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work on 1st shift for training, with the ability to switch to 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am). 1st shift opening, 6am-2:30pm.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $16.00 per hour.
