Dean has been an owner of the Bloomington Express Employment Professionals office since 2008, with the vision of helping client companies in the South Central Indiana area find good workers and to help local job seekers find jobs with great companies.

Dean Roller
Dean received his M.B.A at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. After a twenty year career serving in the United States Air Force, he spent eighteen years as a Church Administrator. Dean holds a commercial pilot certificate and loves nothing more than spending time in the air.

Josh Brinegar
Josh C. Brinegar, after completing his high school education at Bloomington South in 2004, embarked on a journey that included four years of service in the U.S. Army, with multiple tours in the Middle East. Post-military life presented challenges, but Josh discovered his path within his family’s plumbing and electrical business. Over eight years, he honed essential skills for running a customer-focused, honest, and industrious local enterprise. Simultaneously, Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with honors. With a solid foundation established, Josh ventured into the world of real estate, gaining substantial knowledge of the housing market. He even acquired a drone pilot license to enhance real estate services through aerial photography. Despite a challenging market, Josh and his wife Karen seized the opportunity at Express. Fully immersed in the company’s ethos, they decided to channel their entrepreneurial spirit into this esteemed franchise. Their commitment to community service and alignment with Express’s values made the decision clear. Now, Josh and Karen focus on building strong community ties and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of the workforce.
