    Express associates are eligible to enroll in the Essential StaffCare program within 30 days of being hired or their first paycheck, during the annual enrollment period, or within 30 days of a qualifying life event. If you are a subscriber and need assistance call the Member Service Line at 1-866-798-0803, all benefit questions should be directed here. 

    • Medical plan – Minimum Essential Coverage and Fixed Indemnity plans through Essential StaffCARE offers preventive health services, routine doctor visits and prescription coverage (where available by state).     • Employee Assistance Program – For personal and work-related issues, access confidential professional support for substance abuse, anxiety, grief, financial and legal issues, identity theft, and problems at home or work. Support is offered through MHN, a Health Net Company™, ask your Employment Specialist about access and appointments.
