Krista DiGiacomo is the Owner of our Vancouver-based Express Employment Professionals franchise. Krista started her career with Express working as a Marketing Assistant fresh out of college in 2002. She moved to Portland after graduating from the University of Montana with a Communications degree. After multiple years working in the Regional Headquarters office of Express in Tualatin, OR, Krista moved out to the Vancouver branch from 2008-2010 to work alongside then-owner Eric Schubert, learning about the Vancouver market and the heartbeat of our business. In 2011, after having her 2nd child, she returned to the corporate office in a training and development role. Her career came full circle when she landed back in the Vancouver Express branch as the Franchise Owner and partner in the business in 2019. Krista has had the unique opportunity to build an entire resume with various titles, responsibilities and accomplishments without ever leaving her first "real" employer.

As a Clark County resident, she is dedicated to supporting the businesses and people that make this area special. The most rewarding part of working for Express for Krista is getting the opportunity to help people find meaningful work and help her staff develop strong careers paths within the company. Krista loves the outdoors and spending quality time with her two children and husband.  They're avid hikers, skiers, mountain bikers and can be found paddle boarding on the Columbia river during the summer time.
