Armed with a certification in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree, Natasha is posed to explore opportunities in her field. Throughout her 13-year career, she has served in many management positions, where she has recruited, hired, coached, and mentored employees on sales techniques and identified opportunities to achieve improvements and increase profits. Her experience includes payroll functions, performance evaluations, conducting workshops and human resource training.

Natasha specializes in administrative and office services positions of all types. 

Oregon native Chris moved to Central Oregon to finish his degree in Business Administration and Operation Management from OSU's campus in Bend.  Prior to that, Chris completed the Master Mechanic program at the Barnett Bicycle Institute and went on to manage bicycle repair and ski shops throughout Oregon. In his free time, Chris enjoys fly fishing, skiing, mountain biking, and backpacking with his dog.

Chris specializes in professional roles.

Shaylin was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. After coming to Bend to visit family and friends, Shaylin and her boyfriend realized that they wanted to spend the next chapter of their life here and officially moved several months later. Shaylin is the kind of person who always tries her best to help those around her. 

The majority of Shaylin's previous work experience is customer-centric, having worked in a small market for over ten years. She also has two years of experience working as an AR/HR Specialist. She is full of energy, enjoys talking to new people, and is an excellent addition to our team. 

Express welcomed Sofia to the team in July 2022, bringing along with her experience working in the food service industry. As our Recruiting Specialist, Sofia is in charge of completing applications for prospective candidates during the initial conversation while conducting their first interview. She also follows through with onboarding, contacting associate references, sourcing for associates through online recruiting platforms, and conducting inquiry calls. 

Sofia is original from Florida and spent the majority of her life there. She graduated from UCF in Orlando and moved to Bend because she wanted to live in a town with many outdoor nature activities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside hiking, camping, snowboarding, traveling to new places, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. 

Madeline was born and raised in Yakima, Washington. She attended Whitworth University where she got her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and brings almost two years of recruiting experience to the team.  Madeline recently moved to Central Oregon where she enjoys skiing, hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with friends.

Sandy joined Express Bend in August 2022. As one of our Industrial Employment Specialists, she connects clients with candidates who will improve their company culture and production. Sandy brings to Express over 13 years of Personnel Coordinator experience, including managing bookkeeping, timekeeping, hiring, onboarding, computer training, employee files, and other support methods for her team. 

Sandy was born and raised in McMinnville. However, she moved to Bend over 20 years ago and has fallen in love with Central Oregon. Sandy enjoys watching football, being outside, and spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. Her children are grown and having their own babies, and Sandy is beyond excited to add "Grandma" to her title.

Alex is a Bend local of 15 years. He was brought to Bend in 2008 when Express/SRG recruited his dad, kick-starting his Central Oregon lifestyle. Alex graduated from Summit High School in 2020 amidst the pandemic, unsure of what the future held and which career path to pursue. He explored various fields, including roofing, construction, and door-to-door commission sales. After trying different paths, Alex realized his interest in sales and working with people. In 2020, Alex learned about the recruiting industry through his brother, who works as an IT recruiter at TEKsystems in Hillsboro, Oregon. As he dove deeper into the industry and discovered its blend of sales and the ability to provide a service that positively impacts people's lives, Alex became truly passionate about a career path and the industry he wanted to work in. He got the opportunity to interview with TEKsystems' satellite office in Bend in 2021 and started his first position as an IT Recruiter at the age of 19. Alex has enjoyed working as an IT recruiter for the past 2 years with TEKsystems, but now aims to advance his career and be more involved in the business side of recruiting. He is excited to be part of a family-like environment, collaborating with other professionals who possess a growth mindset and a team-oriented approach. During his free time, Alex enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, boating, and building/flying FPV drones.

Danielle began working with Express in April 2023. She previously managed a top performing team at a call center, where she learned she loved helping people achieve their goals and how to treat people the way anyone would want to be treated. Danielle is very caring, dependable, focused, and enjoys staying on top of any targets.

Originally from California, she had visited Oregon and loved how beautiful it was. She decided to move here in 2008 to raise her girls in a peaceful environment. Outside of work, she loves hiking, chasing waterfalls, and just being in nature. Danielle also loves spending time with her wonderful family and their dachshund, Oscar.
