Dr. Tim Elmore
Dr. Tim Elmore not only leads Tim Elmore, Inc. as he speaks to businesses and non-profit organizations, but he is the Founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, a non-profit team created to develop emerging leaders. He and his team equip leaders to connect with students and young professionals across the world and equip them to become life-giving leaders. His passion for leader development in the emerging generation grew out of his experience working alongside and being mentored by best-selling author Dr. John C. Maxwell since 1983.
Since founding Growing Leaders in 2003, Tim has spoken to more than 500,000 leaders in hundreds of corporations and universities nationwide. Tim has taught leadership courses at corporations such as Chick-fil-A, Cox Communications, the Home Depot, Coca Cola Consolidated Bottling Company, Cici's Pizza and Delta Global. He has spoken at universities such as Stanford, Texas, Duke, Ohio State, Georgia Tech, U.C. Berkeley and more. In addition, his curriculum has been used by sports teams such as the Kansas City Royals, New York Giants, Houston Rockets and San Francisco Giants. He is committed to developing young leaders on every continent and has spoken in 50 countries, including India, Russia, China, Brazil and through the Middle East. Dr. Elmore is a published author of more than 30 books, including his latest book, set to release in the fall of 2021, entitled, Eight Paradoxes of Uncommon Leaders.
