Hillsboro Staffing Leader Bestowed Prestigious Cathy Stoller Heritage Award

Moore began her journey with Express Employment Professionals as a temporary employee. Over the years, she has led through excellence in the roles of Staffing Specialist, Developer Representative, Branch Manager, and now Franchisee. During her time with Express, Moore has led, mentored, and developed not only the staff at the Hillsboro branch but also the group of emerging leaders and franchise owners currently making their mark from their respective branch offices.

Moore is highly respected amongst Express for her business staffing knowledge, character, passion, and genuine support and love for others. She is also a pillar in the Hillsboro community, a member of two prominent boards, a Rotarian, and most recently championed a food drive where she opened a food pantry to provide meals to struggling Express associates. This project provided meals to over 70 local families alone.

During Moore's 25 years with Express, she led the Hillsboro team with 26% GM growth in 2022, solidifying their best year on record and knocking it out of the park by doubling her office's google reviews in just 90 days.

The Cathy Stoller Heritage Award is a prestigious hall of fame award given in memory of a leader, mentor, and friend. Award recipients lead by example and live out Express's company values, vision, and mission enthusiastically and positively while inspiring others to do the same. Recipients of this award are driven to meet the organization's goals and help others catch the passion in doing so. They have a great sense of humor, have fun while working hard, and see the glass as half full, always looking for possibilities when challenges arise. These individuals are committed to helping others succeed and are known for giving their knowledge, time, and resources to support others' success. In addition, they demonstrate high professional integrity and have demonstrated excellence and achievement in their field.

Everyone from Express Employment Professionals, Express Healthcare Professionals, Specialized Recruiting Group , the Financial Services Team, and the Information Technology team, regardless of their position, is eligible to receive this award. Award recipients are selected by a committee of three past Cathy Stoller Heritage Award recipients.
