Amanda brings over a decade of experience in staffing, recruiting, and human resources to the Express Employment team, having joined in March 2015.

Starting as an Employment Specialist, she has since grown into her current role as Operations Manager. With a degree in Human Resources, Amanda is deeply committed to supporting Express Employment clients and associates throughout the employment and staffing processes.

Her expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement, reflecting her passion for positively impacting lives and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and strong relationships. Amanda takes pride in contributing to the local community.

April joined the Express Employment team in 2024 as a Professional Recruiter. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from West Virginia University.

April is passionate about making a positive impact in her community by assisting individuals and companies alike with their recruiting needs. Beyond her professional endeavors, April enjoys staying active and cherishes spending quality time with her family and dog.

Aleece joined the Express Employment team in February 2023 as a Light Industrial Employment Specialist, but also assists in managing Office Services and Skilled Trades as well.

Aleece enjoys meeting and helping Express associates in their search to find a new career. Aleece is a California native, but has enjoyed learning about the local communities and how best to serve them. She loves her new home!

Aleece is also eager to grow within her role at Express Employment Professionals.

Emily Lenhart joined our team in 2022 and currently serves as our Administrative Recruitment Specialist. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, she excels in building new connections daily. Emily eagerly anticipates connecting with you and assisting in finding your next career opportunity.

Molly joined the Express Employment team in 2023 and is currently our Skilled Trades Employment Specialist.

Molly graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a Business Administration and Marketing degree. Molly’s number one priority is meeting the needs of each associate searching for a career they have always dreamt of while unraveling their skills/experience.

Molly values her role with the company and strives to connect with companies to assist with their recruiting needs in various skilled industries.

Amber joined Express Employment Professionals in August of 2023 as Front Office Coordinator. Since then, she has been promoted to a Light Industrial Employment Specialist. Amber’s goal is to help Express associates while maintaining  the best customer service experience! She enjoys helping and interacting with our clients and providing a smooth and easy process to all those involved. Outside of work, Amber likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Olivia joined the Express Employment team in June of 2024 as an Employment Specialist in the Bridgeport Office. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.

Olivia’s goal with Express is to place all associates in their dream job! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Charlie has been an integral part of the Express Employment team in Morgantown since 2023, serving as our dedicated Business Development Specialist.

With over 20 years of expertise in sales and sales management, he is committed to assisting businesses in finding the perfect employees. Charlie thrives in the collaborative atmosphere at Express Employment, where everyone shares a common goal of supporting businesses and individuals within the community.

Outside of work, Charlie indulges in watching football, podcasting, and engaging in activities with his three children.

Cherae joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2024 and is a Recruitment Specialist.

With over 6 years of recruiting experience, Cherae is dedicated to cultivating meaningful relationships and appreciates the unique skills of each associate.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her two wonderful children.

In 2024, Amy joined the Express Employment team as our new Front Office Coordinator, bringing with her extensive experience in administrative and healthcare roles. Her passion for connecting with others and offering support shines through in her new role. Amy excels in cultivating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
