Before purchasing the Northglenn office at just 29 years old, Ben was first an Express Associate himself. While on a baseball scholarship at Mesa State University, Ben spent his summer working in various warehouses. His highlight of being an Express Associate was when he was promoted from working on the assembly line to handling maintenance for the warehouse.

While paying his way through college Ben secured a job as an Automation Technician in the oil fields pulling 80 hour work weeks and quickly became the foreman leading a large team. He enjoyed working with his hands, getting dirty and learned the power of how securing a good job can create a path to your dreams. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business, Ben rejoined Express leading business development and managed a local Denver territory.  From being an Express Associate to running an Express office, Ben has learned first hand how to best advocate for both Associates and clients, and he truly loves that he can continually empower others through employment.

In his leisure you can find Ben cheering on his favorite teams- the Broncos and the Rockies! He loves fly fishing, collecting historical relics, playing tricks on his team and enjoying the Colorado mountain towns.

In 2017 Amanda joined the Northglenn team to expand our reach within the communities we serve. Since then our office has grown nearly 60% and launched a second location in 2020 for further expansion. 

Amanda is originally from Grand Rapids Michigan and has 10 years of professional recruiting and sales experience. Prior to joining Express Amanda managed her own book of business supporting the software recruiting landscape in Denver/Boulder while also training and coaching new hires. Today you can find Amanda coaching and developing her team, meeting with clients to assist them with business expansion, handling pricing and contract negotiations, as well as overall business operations.

Amanda is a firm believer that what you focus on grows and her passion is helping others discover their true potential. Her favorite TV shows include Shark Tank, Undercover Boss and The Profit. In her free time you can find Amanda traveling, spending time with her family and spoiling her dog, Xena!

Amanda earned her Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University and will forever bleed green!
