    CSR Jobs Description

    If you are hired/placed for an Express Pittsburgh CSR job opening, your primary responsibility will be handling customer inquiries. These inquiries are typically covered over the phone. Accordingly, you will be tasked with handling a moderate level of incoming calls. You may also be asked to place outgoing calls to reach or reply to customers.
