Responsibilities:

• Assist in grape crush, press, and fermentation during harvest.
• Collect and prepare samples for analysis and tastings.
• Organize blending trials.
• Perform quality control during bottling.
• Conduct routine So2 analysis, check Brix, pH, and TA.
• Maintain lab inventory and cleanliness.
• Participate in safety programs and meetings.
• Support Resident and Assistant Vignerons with lab work and production.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington or Oregon Driver’s License.
• Degree in Enology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of winery lab experience and two harvest seasons.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Vintrace a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work long hours during peak seasons
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
