Brand It Blue – Current Initiative in Grand Rapids
June 24th - July 25th
The Brand It Blue Initiative was born out of a desire to serve and partner with a local organization to make a difference and provide hope in our community. For 28 years, The Express Employment Professionals Companies have partnered with local community organizations to serve and bring hope to the Grand Rapids community. This year, we are proud to partner with Wedgwood Christian Services.
Wedgwood Christian Services is one of Michigan’s most highly regarded mental health & behavioral health experts for helping hurting children, teens, families, and adults, and is dedicated to boldly taking on the toughest issues facing them today through residential care, counseling services, and community programs.

As a professionally excellent and distinctively Christian mental health nonprofit, Wedgwood provides a wide-range of social services to meet the needs of our community. Wedgwood’s comprehensive continuum of care is one of the largest among social services agencies in the state of Michigan. Their mental health resources are open to any child, teen, family, or adult who are looking for help, regardless of beliefs.
Join the Initiative!
We are looking for companies to partner with us and host a collection site at their business. Express will provide collection bins or totes and pick up all donations on July 25th. This is a great way to engage your entire team in a community initiative and let Express handle all of the details! 1. Sign up:

2. Bin drop off:
Express will bring the bin(s) to your company with other materials for collection on June 24th.

3. Donate with team:
Encourage your organization to rally together and donate towards this local initiative, which is wonderful for team morale. You can also write notes of encouragement with your team to students at Wedgwood. These cards will be provided at drop off.

4. Pick up:
Express will pick up all bins with donations on July 25th.

The Brand It Blue Initiative was born out of a desire to serve and partner with a variety of nonprofit organizations in more than 890 locations in the United States, Canada, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. As part of the mission of Express Employment Professionals, our franchises help connect qualified job seekers with reputable companies, but also go above and beyond to provide hope to their communities.
In recent years, franchise offices have partnered with Express staff, associates, clients, friends, and family to serve others, volunteering their time and collecting items and monetary donations for their communities.
Realizing our franchisees are passionate about numerous causes, from hunger to education, homeless animals to senior citizens, the Brand It Blue Initiative is now a year-long, expanded philanthropic effort. We invite you to join us as we give back.
