Meet Haydn, a cornerstone of the Express Employment – Baldwin County team since August 2014. Starting as a Front Office Coordinator, she swiftly transitioned into roles as an Employment Specialist on an Industrial Desk and in Office Services, amassing seven years of invaluable experience before assuming the position of Office Manager. Haydn is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence within her team, leveraging their strengths and expertise to drive continuous progress. Her greatest joy lies in making a positive impact in the local community by helping individuals find meaningful employment opportunities. A lifelong resident of Baldwin County, Haydn cherishes the close-knit bonds she shares with her community. Cameron was born and raised in Indiana. He has lived in Colorado, Maryland and now is happy to call Spanish Fort home. He is married with four beautiful children, two boys and two girls. Cameron is a military veteran with a tour in Afghanistan under his belt. Aside from his military service, he comes to the staffing industry from previously working in the car manufacturing industry. When Cameron is not working, he loves to spend time with family and friends, play video games and watch NFL, GO EAGLES!

She's not only a devoted wife to her best friend but also a loving mother to two wonderful kids. Meet Charlotte, a proud Pennsylvania native who has found her home in Baldwin County. With over six years of experience in the Recruiting and Human Resources industry, she's established herself as a seasoned professional. Off-duty, Charlotte brings her passion to the baseball fields, where she's a dedicated dugout mom, cheering on her pride and joy. Jason, a seasoned professional with a rich background blending sales and technology, brings a wealth of expertise to every endeavor. Originally from Memphis, TN, he embarked on a transformative journey to the Gulf Coast in 2014, a pivotal move that has shaped his professional trajectory. Before joining Express, Jason thrived as a business owner, leveraging his technical proficiency to drive success across various ventures. Wendy is a native of Baldwin County; and a proud mom of two handsome sons. She also has two fur babies.  Wendy holds a Bachelors in Sociology from Troy University. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time at home. 

 

Serena Meloun is our Payroll and Accounts Receivables Manager for all the Ashcraft offices. She works with associates and clients to help create a supported and efficient payroll process. Serena has worked for 16 years in hospitality; most recently as a General Manager of a Marriott branded hotel. Serena holds a BA in Human Environmental Science for Hotel and Restaurant Management/Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama. When Serena is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, cats and watching movies. She has a passion for Ferrer Rocher chocolates and Indian cuisine.

 

Meet Alexandra "Allie" Dubose, the Marketing extraordinaire overseeing various Express Employment Professionals and SRG offices in Mobile, Baldwin County, Emerald Coast, Tallahassee, and LaGrange, GA. She joined Express in 2017. Allie brings over a decade of marketing and sales experience to the table. 

A graduate of the University of South Alabama, she earned her Bachelor's in Marketing Management in 2013. During her time at South Alabama, Allie's entrepreneurial spirit shone through as she founded the Professional Sales & Marketing Club, which has flourished since her graduation. Following her academic success, Allie ventured to New England, where she honed her skills in the dynamic world of radio, working for a sports station just outside Boston, MA. She was selected as Access Magazine's 2021 50 Most Beautiful in our local community. She was recently selected as an honoree for Business Alabama and AGC's 40 under 40 in 2023 for Commercial Construction.  

Beyond the office, Allie thrives in the great outdoors, embracing a wide array of activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and live music. With an impressive background and an infectious zeal for life, she is a force to be reckoned with in the marketing realm.
