After spending his entire professional career in retail and restaurant management, Andrae decided to venture out into the administration industry in order to reach his full potential of guest services and helping people within the community.  He is a Mississippi raised Southern soul with a family of 7, which includes his beautiful wife Latanya, and his 5 children, Tyrous, Andrae Jr, Layla, Victoria  and their new bundle of joy Khari.  He enjoys watching and attending football games (Roll-Tide-Roll) of all sorts with his kids, volunteering with the Heartland HeadStart Association with their Policy Council each month, and utilizing his free time with the family on trips or in-town fun activities! He is a highly energetic and professional guy that loves to have fun and is very personable to others!

Kelly joined the Express Team in March 2016 after a 17-year career in Retail Management. She is responsible for Express payroll, invoices, new hire paperwork, associate appreciation and social media. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Sciences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, pets, bingo and cheering on her favorite football team…the Bears.

With more than 20 years of food and retail management, April is very familiar with the struggles of being understaffed.  Upon her own want for a career change, she found herself searching the vast world of opportunities but had a difficult time finding the 'right fit'.  It was when she came to Express that she knew she had found her professional future.  To be able to help business professionals with their staffing needs and individuals find their careers felt like a true gift!  Ultimately, family means the most her so in her free time she will be found with her 2 young children, boyfriend, and the rest of their beautiful family.  

 

Shenitta joined the Express team in October of 2023 after working 5 years in the staffing industry. Recently, she relocated with her family to the Bloomington area from Wisconsin! In her free time, she enjoys family game nights and learning new things. Shenitta has a strong desire to assist and help others, which is what ultimately led her to this role!

Brittany started her role with Express in August of 2018. She specializes in recruiting candidates for a variety of companies in the McLean county area. She loves helping her Clients find the right people & helping people find job homes! Brittany is an ISU Alumni with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Sciences, and a background in the legal field.
