After spending his entire professional career in retail and restaurant management, Andrae decided to venture out into the administration industry in order to reach his full potential of guest services and helping people within the community.  He is a Mississippi raised Southern soul with a family of 7, which includes his beautiful wife Latanya, and his 5 children, Tyrous, Andrae Jr, Layla, Victoria  and their new bundle of joy Khari.  He enjoys watching and attending football games (Roll-Tide-Roll) of all sorts with his kids, volunteering with the Heartland HeadStart Association with their Policy Council each month, and utilizing his free time with the family on trips or in-town fun activities! He is a highly energetic and professional guy that loves to have fun and is very personable to others!

 Christine joined the Express team in May 2024, after almost 7 years of experience in the staffing industry. She enjoys the great outdoors while also being a huge anime/movie buff.  Outside of work, family and friends are everything to her, including her dog, Coupe. At work, she strives to be successful in helping clients reach their expectations and needs. She also strives to help employees find a successful career reaching their full potential. One of her favorite quotes is “Treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best customers”.

 Katie is new to the staffing world, but not new to helping others find what they love to do.  She spends most days with her pets and son, David, playing monster trucks or out on a bike ride. If she’s not with them, she loves doing anything and everything outdoors. Katie also has a drive for the arts, specifically drawing tattoos, photography, reading a good book, or DIY projects. At work, she’s connecting with others and helping companies and people find the right fit for them! 

 

Kelly joined the Express Team in March 2016 after a 17-year career in Retail Management. She is responsible for Express payroll, invoices, new hire paperwork, associate appreciation and social media. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Sciences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, pets, bingo and cheering on her favorite football team…the Bears.

Brittany started her role with Express in August of 2018. She specializes in recruiting candidates for a variety of companies in the McLean county area. She loves helping her Clients find the right people & helping people find job homes! Brittany is an ISU Alumni with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Sciences, and a background in the legal field.
