Rob started with Express in 2019 as an Account Manager and soon moved into a Regional Manager position overseeing the West Treasure Valley and Southeast Oregon territories. Rob specializes in Recruiting Strategy, HR Consulting, Training, and Professional Development. When he isn't ensuring the offices are running smoothly or assisting local businesses, Rob enjoys being outdoors, hunting, and fishing with his family.

Bethany started with Express in 2016 as an Industrial Employment Specialist. She focuses on recruiting for Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Special Events. Bethany is always ready to help local businesses find top talent in the marketplace. In her spare time, Bethany loves watching her favorite NFL team the Chicago Bears, and spending time with her family.

Casey started with with Express in 2011 and transferred to the Caldwell, Idaho office in 2018. Casey specializes in recruiting Welders, CNC Machinists, Forklift Drivers, Mechanics, and Machine Operators. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and being outside, whether it’s hiking, camping, fishing or watching her kids' sports games.

Araceli started with Express in 2015 and quickly hit the ground running, becoming a vital part of our Caldwell team. Araceli focuses on recruiting for Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse and General Labor positions. When she's not hard at work helping others find employment, Araceli enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Joining our Caldwell team in 2023, Caylyn filled the role of Administrative Employment Specialist. With a focus on recruiting Receptionists, Accounting Specialists, HR Generalists, Call Center Representatives, and Executive Assistants, Caylyn is always ready to help connect local businesses with qualified talent. When she's not helping job seekers find work, Caylyn enjoys spending her time on the golf course.

Diana joined our Caldwell Express team in December 2020. As our Front Office Coordinator, Diana handles all payroll, invoicing, and A/R for the office. In her downtime, Diana loves to spend time with her family and traveling.
