Jenny started with Express Employment Professionals in Cedar Rapids, IA in 2015 as the Outside Business Developer. After reaching her goal of being a Top 50 sales rep 2 years in a row, Jenny moved into the role as the Business Manager in 2017. Jenny then transitioned into the role Professional Recruiter with Specialized Recruiting Group an Express Employment Company in January 2021 covering Cedar Rapids/Iowa City/Des Moines area.

Jenny specializes in a variety of industries, and spends her time interviewing and placing Marketing Directors, Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Buyers, Warehouse Managers, Administrative Professionals, Skilled Trades Professionals, and Sales verticals.

Chloe started with Express Employment Professionals in 2019, serving as the Outside Business Developer in the Iowa City office. During her time as an Outside Business Developer, Chloe was able to grow the Iowa City's book of business and was recognized as a high achiever through Express HQ's Fast Track Program. After a year, she pursued another opportunity in the construction industry. Chloe returned to the Specialized Recruiting Group in October of 2021. Most of her efforts are focused in the Accounting and Finance industries, but she is open to any challenge that is presented.

Erin joined Specialized Recruiting Group in November 2021 with a niche in healthcare professionals and support staff.

She has over 15 years of nursing experience, and is an active Licensed Practical Nurse in addition to being a Professional Recruiter. Ryan spent a couple of years recruiting with Express Employment Professionals beginning back in 2009.  After some time away from the company, he has rejoined the ranks as a Professional Recruiter with Specialized Recruiting Group in the IT and Engineering market space. 

His career boasts more than 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience across a breadth of industries, including; Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Office Professional.
