Ethan grew up in Gallipolis, OH and graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He was also a member of NROTC and studied Naval Science during his time at the Military College in South Carolina. Prior to joining the Charleston office in 2005, Ethan worked in Human Resources and Staffing, bringing over seven years of experience to the team. In 2017, Ethan was given the Express 'National Champion of Hope' award for his work with the Heroes 4 Higher Foundation. In his free time, Ethan volunteers at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park performing restoration and maintenance work. He also holds a certificate in welding and forklift operations. Ethan now lives in Huntington, WV with his wife, Amanda, and their three children; Savannah, Sydney, and Brooks. "I enjoy the challenge of placing hard working Americans in a variety of careers."
