Lucas Schmitt, a recent addition to Express since February 2024, brings a unique blend of competitiveness and determination to the sales arena. Graduating from Huntingdon College in 2020, Lucas's collegiate journey was marked by his commitment to both academics and athletics. As a four-year letterman on the college basketball team, he not only honed his skills on the court but also imbibed the spirit of teamwork, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed.

Tammy, a St. Tammany Parish resident, is the Service Manager for Express Employment Professionals in Covington, Louisiana. Tammy started her staffing industry journey in December 2014. She has an extensive knowledge of staffing and hospitality industries. Her daily mission is to guide great talent and service our local companies who are seeking employees. "A Jill of all trades," accounting, payroll, human capital, receivable management, service with a smile and putting out fires, Tammy brings it all. She has received manager of the year, as well as numerous service and accounting awards. In her own time, Tammy was Volunteer of the Year for the local American Red Cross, a five-time softball champion, played the trumpet, and past President of the Corvette Club. With over 25 years devoted to nurturing and managing her household, Tanya brings unparalleled organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to her role as a Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist. Her experience in leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail ensures that she will match the right candidates with the right opportunities, fostering success for both the employers and employees. As she is thrilled to transition from homemaking to a professional environment, while being committed to leveraging her diverse skill set to excel in the recruitment field.
