The Onsite Manager is the link between applicants/associates and our Client Company. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, placing, and managing applicants/associates for one of our biggest clients. This company takes care of their employees and is on the cutting edge of their industry.
Onsite Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct job interviews and administering necessary evaluations.
- Receive and process job orders.
- Determine applicant capability, skill set and availability to accurately fill open positions.
- Administer procedures and systems in recruiting, hiring and assigning applicants.
- Develop and maintain recruiting sources.
- Administer Performance Reviews
Onsite Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail management or staffing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple projects, people, requests, and job orders at one time
- Strong multi-tasking skills are required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with various types of people and personalities
- Proficient in all Microsoft Software programs and computer/technology
Compensation includes a base salary plus incentive opportunities (commission, parties, tropical vacations!).
