Chris joined the Express team in 2022 in the Springfield office as a Light Industrial Specialty Manager. In July 2023, he transitioned into the Branch Manager role for the Jacksonville office. He previously held a successful 26-year career in the grocery industry, where he worked his way from a Store Clerk to a District Store Director over three locations. He has a passion for helping people succeed. Chris was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, the youngest of 3 siblings. Chris has been blessed with 5 children, and his wife Kristen. In his spare time, you can find him in the bowling alley playing in competitive leagues.

Originally from Springfield, Rebecca has spent the past 20 years in St. Louis dominating the staffing world. In 2024 she was looking for a change and relocated to Jacksonville (alongside her furry friends)! In her role as Branch Manager, she will play a crucial role in building client relationships and putting people to work! Some of her passions include music and singing, as well as cooking up a delicious meal to share. In her free time, you can find her volunteering or spending time with her family.

Brian joined the Jacksonville team in 2022 after working with Express in Springfield as an On-Site Manager for one of their largest client companies.  He is originally from Petersburg and a graduate of ISU with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. He is passionate about helping employees who have been through hard times, and giving them that "leg up" they need to better themselves and create a better life for their families. He is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, enjoys football, watching his daughters' sporting events, and anything Halloween or horror related. He lives in Chatham with his wife and three girls- ages 21, 20, and 12, and their two dogs.

began with Express in 2024 as an Employment Specialist after spending a decade in insurance negotiations. Helping people solve their problems is the most rewarding feeling for Jess, and that's a common thread throughout her experiences. She frequently speaks at local ministry events and enjoys coaching others. She loves quality time with her husband, son, and friends.

Mike first came to Express in February of 2024 and quickly hit the ground running. Originally from Macomb, Mike is a family man who loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Carla. He relocated to Rushville with his wife and that is where they currently reside. Together they have two kids, Trevor and Jessica. As an Outside Sales Representative, Mike will be building relationships with other businesses in the Jacksonville area. We are so glad he is a part of our team!

Lori and her family are lifelong residents of Morgan County.  She attended Jacksonville High School and Illinois Central College. At JHS, Lori was on the State Championship Varsity Volleyball team.  She earned her Associate's Degree in Marketing and Management. Lori has worked in the long-term healthcare industry for the past 16 years in Sales and Marketing.  She's excited to start this new chapter with Express as a Front Office Coordinator. Lori enjoys spending time with her 2 grown daughters and partner Rod.  She especially enjoys snuggling with her dog Riley, who Lori says is the "son she never had".
