    Katie has been managing our McMinnville office for 6 years and brings a lot of contagious energy and motivation to our team! She is a passionate and loyal member of our Express family and gets personal joy from providing the people in our community with resources and hope for success, whether or not we are able to give that success ourselves. Katie is an Express University Certified consultant and provides a wealth of knowledge for our local Staffing Consultants.

    Katie spent seven years working with Evergreen Airlines before joining Express McMinnville and although she is not a native, she is very passionate about our community and helping those within it. When she's not at the office, Katie loves spending time with her family and the animals on their small farm. Katie is a wonderful asset to our team and to the Express McMinnville cause!

    Jenna has shown tremendous devotion to our McMinnville office since 2014 as an administrative staffing specialist! She is a family-orientated person with strong loyalty to our team and values. She finds purpose in her work through helping deserving and hard-working people in our community find their dream jobs. She's the one you should turn to for customer service, accounting, sales or any other admin opening.

    Although she was originally born and raised in northern Canada, Jenna moved with her family to Oregon as a teenager and has lived here ever since. She enjoys spending her free time with her wonderful husband and four children. She is the heart and soul of our McMinnville team and we are glad she is a part of it!

     Josh moved to Yamhill County to chase his dream of working in the wine industry, eventually landing at Express' door step to work at one of their many winery clients. With the Express team expanding, they asked Josh to join their team after receiving amazing feedback on his efforts at their clients. It is his goal to help as many people as possible feel welcome and comfortable in our McMinnville office while finding the best jobs to meet their needs and the needs of the companies we work with.

    Josh still has a passion for the wine industry and helps our team manage those relationships. We're excited to have him on our team!

    Kyndal is the newest member of our team. Previously working in one of McMinnville's prestigious restaurants, she decided it was time for a change when Covid caused multiple shutdowns. Lucky for our team that she was on the market! She possesses some of the best customer service on this side of the Rocky Mountains. Coming from the hospitality industry, she brings a passion for helping people and will go above and beyond to help you find your next job or employee. She will be the first to greet you when you come through our doors or if you call the office. We look forward to many more years with her on our front lines.
