Brian has been with the Ocala Express office since 1999. He started as a personnel consultant and has worked as the branch manager since 2001. He was born and raised in Ocala where he lives with his wife and four children. When asked what he likes best about working with Express Employment Professionals he said, "I love working in a position and for a company that is truly making a difference in people's lives every day. We have the privilege of helping job seekers through providing great job opportunities, and we are able to help businesses everyday through simplifying one of the biggest time, energy and money draining activities which is the hiring process." Brian is active in several local organizations including SHRM, OHRMA and MRMA.

Cynthia has experience in Business Management Leader with successful Business Development in B2B and Direct Sales. She also has Marketing and Advertising experience from running her own business. She has 25 years experience as Professional Placement Recruiter in the Staffing Industry. Cynthia's goals include: Networking and developing business relationships within the community for successful partnerships.

Devin has been with our office since 2014 and has proven herself to be a very hardworking and dependable member of our team. Devin has previously worked in banking, mortgage, medical and retail before working at Express. She considers helping people as the most rewarding part of her job. Devin truly values spending time with her blended family of 4 and with their two dogs going on new adventures and traveling as much as they can.  

JJ was born and raised in Ocala. He started with Express in March 2018 as a Recruiting Specialist. After gaining staffing industry experience for a little over a year, he took a 6-week trip to Ireland where he studied abroad with youth/community centers. When he returned to Ocala, he graduated from The University of Florida with a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. JJ was promoted to an Employment Specialist in August of 2019 and has since worked diligently to connect job seekers and employers. He is grateful for the opportunity to provide an outlet to help support families financially and provide stability through employment.

 

JJ and his wife share a passion to help families in their community build strong, loving family bonds grounded in Christ.  They volunteer in the community to help provide resources to families in need, as well as, actively serving as youth leaders in their church.  They strive to love God and love people in all that they do.

 

Christian started with Express in March 2017 as a Recruiting Coordinator and has since taken on the role of Employment Specialist. He was born and raised in Ocala. Christian returned to Ocala with his wife Lauren from Idaho after serving 6 years in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller. He has always felt a calling to help others and couldn't think of a better opportunity to help impact the lives of others than Working for Express Employment Professionals. Christian spends his downtime with family and enjoys camping, pickleball, and tennis.

Bryce Ballard is the Corporate Recruiter for our Ocala team.  He handles a variety of Professional Placements including: Engineers, Managers, Executives, Accounting Professionals, Sales Staff, and other high-level staffing positions.  Bryce is an Ocala native, who graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and he has been a member of the Express Ocala team since 2018. Bryce is currently the TRAC Life Coordinator for a local non-profit that provides mentors for at risk teens. Whenever he is not helping great people find new positions, you can find him hiking, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors!

 

Ellen recently joined the Express Ocala team as a front office coordinator. She cheerfully greets and assists our associates when they come into our office. Ellen enjoys volunteering at several youth camps in the area.

Brayden joined the Express team in May of 2021 as a Recruiting Assistant. He is a senior at the University of Florida pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Brayden enjoys fishing, sports, skiing, and hiking in the mountains.

Adam is a recent graduate from North Marion High School, who joined the Express Ocala Team as a Recruiting Assistant in 2022. He is currently pursuing a degree from the College of Central Florida.

Becky has been a part of the Ocala Express Family since 1999 when her husband Brian Ballard joined the team, but she officially joined the staff in January of 2022. She enjoys updating the company's social pages, managing the website and creating videos for the office. When she's not working, she spends time homeschooling her daughters, gardening, traveling, and volunteering.
