 Ashley Garza

Meet Ashley, our Admin and Professional Employment Specialist. Responsible for placing employees in administrative and professional positions. Ashley is dedicated to finding people the right job and finding jobs the right people. Ashley is an Austin, TX native, where she received an associate degree in business administration from Austin Community College, and then recently relocated to here in Jonesboro. Outside of her work, she loves to read and enjoys a variety of music genres, along with cooking and baking. Her favorite sports include softball, volleyball, and golfing, and she also travels, camps, and hikes, as it lets her stay connected to nature. She credits her balance between work and her personal life to her amazing husband, Brett, and her three wonderful children. When asked what her favorite thing about working for Express is, Ashley says “Professionally, I am deeply passionate about helping people find meaningful employment and assisting them in their career growth. I find great satisfaction in guiding individuals through the job search process, helping them identify and leverage their strengths, and providing support to achieve their career goals. My goal is to empower others to realize their full potential and improve their professional and personal lives.” With Ashley’s commitment to our office and helping her associates, it is an honor to have her on the team.

 Brian Daniel

Brian is one of our Recruiting Specialists, being one of the first people a new associate will meet on their new journey with Express and responsible for interviewing potential candidates over the phone. He increases the flow of our workforce, also making sure our employment specialists get the information needed to fit our associates to a job that fits them best. Born in Trumann, AR, he attended Arkansas State University and has been with his beloved wife, Mandie, for nine years. When not working, you can find Brian enjoying nature by deer and duck hunting, fishing, or spending time at the Eleven Point River. When asked about his favorite thing working for Express, Brian says “I enjoy meeting and helping the people that feel they are down on their luck and haven’t had the best job-hunting experiences. Teamwork makes the dream work, and I am a part of a great team.” Our Express office is more than thankful to have someone like Brian on our team.

 Brittany Jones

 Joining us in 2024, Brittany is a front office coordinator at the Paragould office, being the warm and smiling face to greet you at the desk first coming in. Born and raised in Paragould, she comes from a family with two brothers and two sisters and has two children of her own. With a burning passion to help people in any way she can, she started out as caretaker in 2009. This same passion is what has brought her to Express. Outside of her work, Brittany loves spending time with her family, cherishing the moments when she gets to see everyone she loves together. When asked about her favorite part of working for Express, Brittney replied “I love that every day presents me with different challenges. It gives me the opportunity to gain an understanding of the industry and develop my problem solving and organizational skills.”  The desire to aid people makes Brittany a perfect place on the Express team.

 Chasity Chisnall

Chasity started with Express in 2015 and started out as a front office coordinator and has held many titles such as Industrial/Skill Trades Employment Specialist, Administrative and Professional Employment Specialist, Payroll Coordinator, Office Manager, Client Relations Manager, and now Operations Manager. Running our day to day operations in and outside the Express office, she recruits, hires, trains, and coaches staff employees, while also running other assets of the office such as business management, payroll management, business reviews, safety/loss control, and worker's compensations management. When not at Express, Chasity loves to hunt deer and dove, raise chicken and cows, and cooking. When asked what her favorite part about working for Express is, Chasity replied "I love being a part of a company that helps makes difference in people's lives. Working at Express has allowed me to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients." Our Express offices could not run to our high standard without her.

 Destiny Alliy

Destiny joined us in 2024 and is responsible for screening and entering applying associates into our system to make sure the team can find the job that fits them best. She was born in Massachusetts, raised in Indiana, and now is down south here in Jonesboro. She attended Ross Medical Education and earned a degree in dental assisting. Outside of her work life, Destiny enjoys fishing, listening to music, traveling, and has a passion for photography, making sure she can capture the moment wherever she goes. When asked about her favorite working for Express, Destiny says “My favorite thing about working for Express would be that my coworkers and boss are absolutely amazing; the communication here is incredible. Express is such a great company and I’m so beyond blessed to have found a career!!” Destiny’s work ethic for helping others fits perfectly into our team.

 Hayley Starkey

 Hayley is our Business Development Specialist, helping us grow our business and reach new clients from the beginning of 2024. She has been in the staffing industry since 2017, recently just coming back from Roanoke, VA where she was Skilled Trades Employment Specialist and Team Lead. She has multiple years of skilled industrial experience and lead management positions on top of that. While she was born in Memphis, she calls Jonesboro her hometown and attended ASU Newport – Jonesboro. Hayley enjoys reading and writing, traveling, going to the gym, and loves motorcycles. When asked about her favorite part of working for Express, Hayley says “Express isn’t just a company, and its employees aren’t just a number. We’re locally owned and operated. I’m extremely proud to be a part of the Express family, a close-knit group of people brought together by their desire to help people and build relationships that last a lifetime.” All of this and more combined makes Hayley essential to our Express office. 

Kelly Wilkins

Kelly started here at Express as a Front Office Coordinator in 2018 before transitioning to Employment Specialist, and then returning to the front office along with the title of Payroll Coordinator. Born in Houston, Missouri, she spent most of her life moving around the NEA area, with a few years in Florida near Eglin Airforce Base and Destin as well. She has a wide range of family members, with a daughter, two nieces, a nephew, two great nieces, and two great nephews. She absolutely adores her dogs, Sadie and Willow, and her grand dog, Reese. Away from Express, Kelly partakes in crochet and reading, while also making sure to take the time to be with her family and friends. When asked what her favorite thing about working for Express was, Kelly answered "I love supporting others and watching them thrive in their careers and lives." Our office owes so much to Kelly and her work.

Lane Holden

Joining the Express team in 2024, Lane started out as a Recruiting Specialist before being moved to Social Media/Website Manager and making sure Express is up to date in this new age of digital marketing. His hometown is Paragould, AR. He graduated from Paragould High School, and he is attending Arkansas State University pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering. When not at work, Lane loves to spend time with his friends and family, listening to music, going to the river, and watching his brothers' football and basketball games. When asked about his favorite thing working for Express, Lane said "I work for a company that actually helps people who may have been struggling before coming to us. Many companies and businesses use the phrase "changing lives" as a market slogan, but we are actually out here doing it. I'm so glad I can help those who need it most and help my father grow the business he has worked so hard to get to this point." Our offices are very glad to have Lane on the team.

Samantha Dighera

Sam started her Express journey in 2019. She was originally an Onsite Coordinator, before transitioning into an Employment Specialist in 2022, allowing her to leverage her skills in a broader scope and focusing on finding the perfect fit for both employers and job seekers. She is from Central Florida, and while she misses the vibrant energy and sunshine of Florida, she is grateful to have found a home here in Arkansas. Outside of work, Sam's life is filled with joy from her family. She has been with her husband since high school and shares a happy home with him and their two adorable dogs, which she claims as her children. She spends her free time baking, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. When asked about her favorite working for Express, Sam answered "My favorite thing about working at Express is the incredible sense of teamwork among my coworkers. It's inspiring to be part of a supportive and dedicated team that truly values each other's contributions. Together, we work tirelessly to make positive impact on our associates' lives, helping them find employment opportunities that align with their goals and aspirations. Witnessing the transformation in our associates' lives as they secure new jobs and achieve their career dreams is profoundly rewarding. It's not just about finding a job; its about changing lives, and that's what makes working at Express so fulfilling. Sam's enthusiasm to guide people to their perfect position is exactly what Express needs.

Shawna Pugh

Shawna joined the team in 2019 and is one of our Employment Specialist, speaking with companies and associates and sending companies qualified associated matching the associates' skills and desired work environment. Shawna is originally from the small town of Lisbon, moving to Paragould to finish the rest of high school at Greene County Tech High School. She did online schooling for medical billing, coding, and transcribing. She has been married for 16 years, with a combined three children. Her hobbies include reading, crocheting, and of course spending time with her beloved family. When asked about her favorite thing working for Express, Shawna replied "My favorite thing about Express is that we get to help people and help the community. There is no better feeling than when an associate comes to you grateful for the opportunity and they tell you about their success, even small successes like they were able to get caught up on bills. It's also great when years later after the company hired that associate you find out that they are still there and have advanced making a career. Express is only as good as our team, and I believe that I have a great team and leader to help with all our success." Shawna is an absolute delight to have here at Express.

Yesenia Centeno

Yesenia is our dedicated Senior Employment Specialist at Express, where she has been making a difference since March 2021. With nearly a decade of experience in staffing, Yesenia excels in connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities and supporting both candidates and employers through the hiring process. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Yesenia grew up in Rockford, IL, before moving to Jonesboro, AR, due to her husband's job. She and her husband, Jose, have known each other since childhood and have been happily married for 11 years. Despite the relocation, Yesenia maintains a strong connection with her roots, returning to Mexico every December to visit family and friends. As part of her job, Yesenia provides expert career advice, arranges job placements, and builds connections that truly impact Express. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and cooking, exploring new styles, and trying out new recipes. Her enthusiasm for helping others and dedication to her work make her an invaluable member of our team.
