Brenda Kay joined our Express Employment Professionals Pensacola team in April of 2018 and is currently our Outside Business Development Account Executive. She works closely with businesses throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties to provide staffing solutions and brings over 30 years of experience within the staffing/recruiting profession to the Express team. Brenda Kay's career began in Dayton, Ohio where she was hired to be a medical recruiter for a regional staffing agency and specialized in direct hire/permanent placement. Brenda Kay quickly established herself as a loyal, positive, energetic, and ethical professional. Her focus and commitment to finding staffing solutions for her clients have been recognized by many clients.

In 1991 her husband was relocated to Hurlburt Field Air Force Base. She was hired by former Pensacola agency Reinhardt & Associate's where she continued providing staffing solutions to new clientele and assisted in establishing a Locum-Tenen division. Her commitment to the profession did not waiver after becoming a mother. She fostered remote telecommunications nationally to provide HR solutions to clients with critical staffing needs. In 2012 Brenda Kay furthered her credibility by earning her master's degree in human resources management and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She is a Board of Director for the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

Brenda Kay hails proudly from Wisconsin, where she earned her elementary education degree and cheers loudly for the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers. Though married to a Chicago Bears fan, she has the upper hand in the win column during NFL season. She and her husband have two adult children and live in Navarre and are loyal supporters of the Navarre Raiders sports teams.

We welcomed Amanda Phetteplace to the Express Pensacola team in May 2019. She is a trustworthy, dedicated, and kind person who excels at self-management. Amanda feels that the most rewarding part of working for Express is knowing that her efforts play a part in assisting others obtain gainful employment. Prior to joining Express, she was employed as a teacher for 15 years by a non-profit organization that works with preschool aged children to assist then in gaining the skills they need to be successful in kindergarten.

Amanda was born and raised in Pensacola, FL and the neighboring county. Her family has a long history in Pensacola, she attended the same elementary school as her father and his father before him. She is a true Florida girl at heart and says that the beach is her happy place. She is the mother to one 22 year old son whom she shares a birthday with. She and her husband share their home with 2 dogs and 2 rescue cats. Her favorite quote is: "Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up."

Stefanie Sylte became a member of our team at Express Employment Professionals in November 2019. She is a dedicated and loyal individual with a strong sense of empathy and compassion with great people skills. Stefanie loves being able to be a part of helping someone get a job that they adore and feels that it is so rewarding to see someone become a valued member of a team! Before coming to Express, she worked in the hospitality industry with hotels, starting as a front desk associate and progressing to the Group Housing Coordinator for her sales team.

Stefanie moved to Pensacola from Ridgeland, MS to attend college at UWF. When she's not at work, Stefanie really enjoys reading and playing video games and can spend hours disappearing into a good book or a great game, all while spending time with her 2 dogs and 4 cats. Her favorite quote is from The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien: "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Express Employment Professionals welcomed Jessica Campos to the team in January 2022. She is an upbeat, outgoing, positive, individual who is well organized, team-oriented, and always willing to help others. Her favorite part about working for Express is helping the community one job at a time. Jessica has over 25 years of well-rounded experience in industries such as hospitality/food service, customer service, data entry, clerical/office, and administrative work, and held positions such as warehouse supervisor, forklift operator, machine operator, and trainer.

Jessica was the first baby born on Mother's Day in 1981 in Kankakee, IL. She then lived in South Carolina from age 12 to 38. She married her husband, a Marine Veteran/Ordained Minister, in 2019 and the two moved back to where her husband was raised on the Gulf Coast and she has fallen in love with her home and land in Jay FL. On the weekends, Jessica spends her time capturing people's favorite memories as a photographer. She and her husband own their own Photography Company, Ocean Mist Photography. She has 5 kids, Going on 6 grandchildren, and a service dog, named Murphy who she says is "Mama's Baby" and "Daddy's Buddy!" Her favorite quote is by Robert Browning: "The best is yet to be."

Gabe Jackson became a member of the Express Pensacola office in September 2018. He is a confident and easy-going person, in equal parts, whose favorite quote is: "Where there is a will, there is a way!" Other than the family atmosphere in the Express Pensacola office, Gabe feels that the most rewarding part of working for Express is being able to provide employment for people in the community, which helps them provide for themselves and their families. Prior to his current position, he worked in a few call centers filling roles in the collections, customer service, sales, and retention departments.

He was born and raised in New Jersey. After moving to and living in Jacksonville, FL for 10 years, Gabe decided it was time for a change and decided to relocate. Less than 2 weeks after moving to Pensacola, he found his new home with Express and hasn't looked back since. In his free time, he enjoys watching football (Las Vegas Raiders) and basketball (Philadelphia 76ers), playing pool, going to the beaches, and spending time with his two daughters, ages 15 and 8.

Meet Sara Lugo, our energetic, kind, and positive Front Office Coordinator. Her love for assisting others and her teammates has been nurtured through her diverse work experiences, ranging from Daycares, a Naval Museum, a Law Firm, and various customer service roles, before joining Express. Sara believes in the power of a strong team, and is deeply appreciative of her amazing colleagues. The most rewarding part of her job, she says, is witnessing the impact of their collective efforts on the people they serve every day.

Born in Pensacola, Sara lived briefly in Texas but soon returned, firmly calling Pensacola her home. Sara has been married to her amazing husband for 8 years. Outside of work, she finds serenity at the beach and loves spending time with her family and her four fur babies: two Great Danes and two cats. Those who know her describe her as friendly and sweet, and she lives by the quote, "The noblest art is that of making others happy" - P.T Barnum. Sara's energy and positivity are a testament to this belief, and she brings this noble art to life every day at Express.
