In June 2019, Farrah Henry joined the Express Peoria team. Committed and loyal, she has moved up within the company to her current position as our team's Operations Manager. Farrah is great at working under pressure and has also shown to be detail-oriented, strategic, and operationally efficient. We are happy to have Farrah on our team and know she will continue her upward career trajectory with Express! 

Born in Northern Arizona and raised in Utah, Farrah transferred to Phoenix for work and has been here ever since. Before joining the team, Farrah worked as a Home Equity Loan Processor, a Senior Customer Account Manager, a Location Manager, and a Team Lead.

In her spare time, Farrah enjoys spending time with her family, finding and experiencing new places to eat, and enjoying the outdoors.

Joana Paddock joined Express Peoria in July 2020. As an Employment Specialist, Joana works on filling job orders for our clients in the Skilled Trades industry. During her time with us, she has proven exceptional at listening and understanding our associates and candidates, a skill set essential to being a great recruiter.

Originally from California, Joana worked as the Front Office Coordinator for the Express office in Costa Mesa. She then moved up the ranks to become their Employment Specialist / Operations Administrator. Joana eventually decided she wanted a new start, so she and her children moved to Arizona.

When Joana isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her two children. They love to hike, try new foods, and play sports. Joana also has a dog named Toby, who loves being a big brother two her children.

Express Peoria welcomed Alex to the team in July 2022, bringing with him prior work experience in management and customer service. He is a goal-oriented, outgoing, and competitive employee who enjoys sparking meaningful conversations. In addition, he can adapt quickly, which is necessary when working in a fast-paced environment, while never getting caught up enough to forget the purpose behind our work.

Alex is a native of Phoenix, AZ, has strong ties to the community, and knows the city like the back of his hand. When he's not in the office, Alex enjoys spending time with his two young children (Rory and Elijah) and pursuing his passion for working on cars and entering them into shows.

Angelina joined Express Peoria as our Lead Office Services Recruiter in August 2022. Before her work with Express, Angelina taught and tutored for over four years while co-founding and running a non-profit mentor program. Angelina is energetic, compassionate, and highly adaptable, and we know she will do an exceptional job helping clients find the office services employees they're looking for. 

Angelina is relatively new to Arizona, having been born in North Hollywood and spent most of her life in Oregon. Since moving here, Angelina has thoroughly enjoyed what AZ has to offer, which includes the outdoors, volunteering with Special Olympics, kayaking various lakes and rivers, and hiking the hills.

Angelina has been married for over twenty years to her high school sweetheart. Together, they have two foster daughters, nieces, and a nephew who they dote on.

In September 2021, Nichole joined Express Peoria as one of our Light Industrial Employment Specialists. In the past, Nicole experienced being an Express associate by working various warehouse jobs while selling her artwork at small community events. Nichole is an artistic, genuine, relatable, and dedicated individual who goes out of her way to help her team members and associates and has a reliable and persistent track record. We're proud to have her on our team and look forward to seeing her continue to help our local job seekers achieve their goals. 

In Nichole's free time,  she enjoys painting, speaking at meetings, watching movies, and living life to the fullest. She thrives in chaos and aims to find beauty in any struggle she endures. She also loves spending time with her family, which consists of a brother she loves beating at video games and a mom who is her role model.
