Randy and Lisa Hansen have been with Express Employment Professionals since the 1990s.  Randy is a proud member of the Red Bluff Rotary Club and Lisa a proud member of the Red Bluff Kiwanis Club.  Community involvement is the cornerstone of our business and we take pride in supporting our local Chambers of Commerce, Farm Bureaus and various employment advisory and education Boards.   

Jerry started his career with the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals office in May 2020 - right in the heart of a pandemic!  Jerry has a background in management as well as security.  Jerry is a combat Veteran and was enlisted in the US Marine Corps.

Jerry handles the overall office operations with a focus on helping to expand and grow our services in administrative and professional positions. Jerry signed on a business partner with the owners, Randy and Lisa Hansen as of January 2022.   

Ashley started her career with the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals office in 2018 and returned to the Express family in June 2022.  

Ashley's professional journey has taken her through various administrative positions in the medical field as well as other business related industries. Ashley is known for her ability to connect with clients and associates on a personal level, ensuring their needs are not only met, but exceeded.  Her passion and enthusiasm for helping people succeed make her a valuable asset to our team.     

Ashley specializes in administrative staffing placements, helping employers in Glenn and Tehama Counties find the best possible administrative candidates to meet business needs. 

Araceli started her career with the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals office in April 2024.  

As our Bilingual Employment Specialist, Araceli specializes in the recruitment and placement of skilled and industrial candidates.  Araceli is bilingual in Spanish and English, which provides great assistance with our Spanish speaking applicants. 

Prior to joining Express, Araceli had a background in Property Management. Araceli uses her property management expertise to foster positive relationships with our clients and associates while working at a fast pace and managing multiple priorities.  

Araceli takes pride in helping people find fulfilling jobs by understanding their skills, experiences and work needs. 

 

 

Amber started her career with Express in December 2023 as our Front Office Coordinator and "Director of First Impressions" and then quickly moved up to an Employment Specialist role in April 2024.

As an Employment Specialist, Amber specializes in recruiting and screening incoming applicants, onboarding new associates, conducting reference checks and ultimately assisting the placement process helping place applicants into new positions.

Prior to joining Express, Amber's background was in early childhood education.  As a preschool teacher for several years, she learned excellent communication skills along with patience and compassion, which proves to be a vital skillset needed in the employment industry.  Her energy, enthusiasm, and organizational skills make her a valuable asset to our team.

Rita joined the Red Bluff Express Employment Professionals team in February 2023.  Rita's background as a senior loan processor and transaction coordinator for the past 20 years make her a great fit as Payroll Coordinator. 

As Payroll Coordinator, Rita plays a vital role in accurately processing weekly payroll for every Express associate, as well as detailed and accurate weekly invoicing for our client companies.  Rita helps with the overall administrative functions of our office and assists in Accounts Receivable and billing.  

Nereida joined the Express office in March 2024. As our Front Office Coordinator, Nereida is our "Director of First Impressions" assisting job seekers with a friendly smile and helpful attitude while managing the front office operations. Nereida is bilingual in Spanish and English, which provides great assistance to our Spanish speaking applicants. 

Prior to joining the team at Express, Nereida worked in the dental field first as a Dental Receptionist and then as a Dental Assistant.  

With a passion for helping people and being an advocate for the Hispanic community, Nereida is a warm voice over the phone and the first smile you see when you walk through the door.
