Jacob is a native of Michigan who graduated from the University of Michigan where he focused in Opera Performance. Upon graduation, he moved to Boston, MA where he worked days at Deloitte & Touche and started his own Opera Company in the evenings. His company had a number of successful performances in New England including a world premier of The Year of the Serpent.

Upon leaving Deloitte & Touche, Jacob began working for Winston Flowers in their Design Studio Sales department. Jacob quickly became the number one sales person before being promoted to sales trainer. Jacob truly enjoyed grooming the sales team and overseeing their busy call center. He now spearheads Royal Oak's sales efforts and prides himself on making long-lasting relationships with clients. His passion lies in training and development of his team and is delighted at their progress through the years and the unbounded success they feel working with Express Employment.

In his spare time, Jacob sings at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Downtown Detroit every Sunday and assists in the development of the choristers in the Cathedral Choir School of Metropolitan Detroit.

Steven Davis moved to Michigan from Boston where he graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Design and a Certificate in Museum Studies. Before becoming a Franchisee of Express, Steven was the Executive Director of a Non-Profit in Boston. As an owner, Steven manages his team to provide superb customer service to job seekers and Express clients. He oversees the recruiting efforts at Express Employment, social media platforms, and community outreach.

Steven prides himself on giving back to the community, both in his free time and through Express. Express supports a number of local charities including Children's Miracle Network, Forgotten Harvest and Volunteers of America.

Steven personally sits on the board of the Detroit Film Theatre at the Detroit Institute of Arts, is the Co-Chair of NextGen Detroit Pride and recently started a Caring Committee for The Well.
