Krystal joined Express in July of 2018 as an Employment Specialist. Since then she has worked her way into a Business Solutions Specialist Role where she is thriving! She thrives by being able to relate to everyone and speaks to people with ease, as if she has known them all her life. When she isn't working to help fulfill the dreams of others, she is spending time cooking, boating, and camping with her family. Krystal helps us work towards balance in all aspects of our lives. Her value of family, compassion, and positivity inspires the rest of the team to be stronger.

Sam started in our office in October 2018 as an Employment Specialist Administrator and quickly transitioned to the Payroll Specialist and is now our Senior Operations Specialist. Her attention to detail, organization, and business acumen has made her a natural fit for handling our payroll and operations. She can answer your questions about hours, pay, leave, benefits, and community resources. During her free time, she spends time with her family. Her core values are honesty, loyalty, and dependability, which makes her a great asset to the Express team.

Megan came to our office in October of 2018, having moved out to Washington state from California. She has taken charge of some of our largest clients and manages our Industrial and Skilled Trades book of business with enthusiasm and determination. Megan finds success through partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, leading her to placing the right candidate with the right company. Being an adventurous soul, she goes camping, hiking, dirt biking, and snowboarding during her free time surrounded by friends and family.

Marcy joined the team in October 2020 as a Recruiting Specialist, but quickly transitioned into the role of an Employment Specialist after realizing her newfound passion for getting people jobs. Marcy works hard to learn exactly what her associates need, and to match them to the best possible job for that individual. Outside of work, Marcy loves trying new restaurants and learning new recipes. She enjoys working on personal growth and getting outdoors any chance she gets.

Emily joined our team in October 2020 as a Recruiting Specialist and now works exclusively as the Office Services Recruiting Specialist. In this role she utilizes her degree in Journalism - Public Relations and her love of storytelling to connect with those seeking employment and to conduct interviews. In her free time, you can find Emily baking, eating spaghetti, playing tennis, or watching movies.

Neztahja joined our team in September 2019 and has continued her role as our Recruiting Specialist with great enthusiasm. She assists associates through the beginning stages of our process and is always available to answer questions or concerns from anyone. Whether that's through greeting everyone that walks through the doors with a smile, or answering the phone cheerfully, Neztahja is always ready to lend a hand. When asked, her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her two sons, and when she's not at work you can find her hanging out with them, taking care of her animals, and making her friends laugh.
