My name is Jeniffer Salazar and since I was little, I have always loved and enjoyed helping others. My grandmother was my inspiration to that as she gave selflessly even if she didn’t have much. Whether that be with just being an ear and shoulder for some or helping them with a task at hand. I love teamwork and strive to do better than yesterday. It fills my heart with joy when I see happiness in people that I get to help daily. My favorite saying is “Don’t do tomorrow what you can do today.” 

My name is Angelo “AJ” Brock, I was raised right here in Ellis County graduating from Midlothian High School in 2006, and currently reside there. Most of my adult life was spent serving the people of Ellis County as a Detention Sergeant for the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office. I have found a new passion for helping pair people with the best employment opportunities possible right here in Ellis County and surrounding areas. I look forward to seeing the looks on our associate's faces when they receive their wages for their hard and honorable work. I am the proud father of three sons. I enjoy watching them grow into young men. I volunteer as a coach with the M.Y.F.L. and attend Stonegate Church. My ideal weekend would be camping on the lake with the boys throwing the football around and grilling up a storm. I am a lifelong sports and WWE fan.

 

My name is Joseph Roach. I graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. I am a sports fanatic as well as a loving father and husband of a family of three. I believe that I am where I am for a purpose; which is to impact every life that I encounter for the better.   I strive to do just that in the way I treat each person by reminding myself daily that we may not know what someone is going through, but we can control how we make them feel. My goal is to be an undimmable light that provides hope for each of our associates.

Doris joined the Waxahachie Express Team in 2021. Her extensive experience in financial and customer service atmospheres serves her well in her role as Employment Specialist. Doris exhibits great attention to detail and demonstrates great communication skills as she serves both associates and clients. We are excited that Doris is part of the Waxahachie Team.
