Meet the Owners

Daniel & Debbie Boehm share a passion to serve God in everything they do - in marriage, with family, in business & in ministry. They strive to be kingdom-minded in work & in leisure.

Debbie has worked for Express since 1993. She purchased the Collin County office in 2007 which serves companies in Plano, Allen, McKinney and Frisco with all of their staffing needs. She attended Texas A&M University in Bryan/College Station, attaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics.  Her strong understanding of recruitment cycles within industries combined with an even stronger faith in God allows them to help people and companies succeed. 

Daniel joined her in 2011. His strengths are in acquiring new business and recruiting. His background as an international commissioning engineer, project engineer and sales manager, enables them to understand the technical skilled dynamics of recruiting within the engineering and information technology niches.

Together they enjoy helping clients throughout Collin County reach their goals by finding top talent; helping individuals thrive in their careers & care for their families by finding good jobs; & helping team members become the best they can be.  As licensed ministers they also enjoy spreading the good news to people from all walks of life and endeavor to share the love of God.
