Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes for service & rental equipment for outside sales team
- Rental equipment scheduling and billing
- Enter and schedule rental equipment service needs
- Answers phone calls and respond to emails on a daily basis
- Data entry of service orders, purchase orders & inventory transactions
- On the job training for the products that we sell will be provided
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Rental/Service Coordinator
- Engineering and/or manufacturing experience a plus
- MS Office Suite proficiency required
- Functional understanding of pneumatics, electricity and compressed air
