Lisa has been the Franchise Owner since 2016 and with Express since 2014. She has been in the staffing industry for over 18 years and has worked in a variety of niches including administrative, accounting, medical, industrial and skilled trades.

In her spare time she loves nothing more than spending time with her husband, Sam, and their twin boys. She loves camping, traveling, a great charcuterie board and will find any excuse to entertain!

Sam works closely with our business developer to conduct safety tours and make sure our clients are providing a safe work environment for our associates. He comes with 14+ years experience at the Fred Meyer distribution center where he started as an order picker and worked his way up to safety, cultural council and training foreman. He helps with all our client and associate errands, helps answers phones, helps with payroll and takes on work where needed.

When not at work, Sam can be found spending time with his twin boys, Henry and Matthew, and his wife Lisa who is our Franchise Owner. He loves sports, camping, traveling and always has a smile on his face.

Rashell works closely with both our clients and associates to match great people with great companies! She will walk you through exactly what is needed in a position to make sure you have all the resources and information to be successful and makes sure she learns about each company and their culture in detail. Rashell prides herself on making strong matches and supporting anywhere she can for our clients, associates and her internal team as well.

In her spare time, Rashell loves spending time with all her animals, her favorite Aunt and of course her boyfriend, Chamar. She is a clean freak and her desk is always the cleanest in the office!

Danielle partners with companies in our area about their current hiring initiatives and works with them to understand the need, company culture and the experience to be successful in the role. She then works with our internal staff to make sure they have the details needed to recruit top talent for the openings. You will find Danielle is easy to work with and stays up to date on current market trends to bring accurate and helpful information to our clients in this ever changing market we are in.

In her spare time, you can find Danielle spending time watching her kids playing sports, working out, grilling or enjoying a margarita in the sunshine!

Sabrina works extremely hard to build strong and long lasting relationships with our associates and clients. She spends time guiding our associates on job details, career advancement opportunities and everything they need to be successful. On the flip side she spends time educating our clients on how to attract and retain talent while helping them fill their open positions with great candidates.

In Sabrina's spare time, you can find her curled up with her sweet kitty, Tigger, and her boyfriend Branden watching a good movie and relaxing. She is a BBQ sauce connoisseur and loves anything and everything Disney...she's also a pretty fantastic artist!

Danella is our Front Office Coordinator and is literally the glue to our office. She is the director of first impressions and she does not disappoint! We have never had so many compliments about our customer service with her being the first on the phone and first to greet people at the office. She helps with all office operations, keeps us organized and is always making us laugh. You can't help but smile when working with her!

Danella comes to us after 10+ years at Nordstrom where she worked in sales and customer service. In her free time, she loves hiking and spending time with her husband, Cameron, friends and family. Welcome to the team, Danella, we are so happy you are a part of our work family!

Paige joined Express in June of 2022 as our Recruiting Specialist. Her primary focus is to gather information on what candidates can do, what they are willing to do and what they want to do. She is not just focused on skill set, but also making sure she understands the culture and environment where each candidate feels they will thrive to make sure the Employment Specialists are making the best match possible. She understands how imperative it is to treat everyone she meets with respect and does her best to try and leave people with a positive experience. Paige has worked in a handful niches and is extremely familiar with the types of roles we recruit in from a personal standpoint.

In her spare time, you can find Paige on a hike, listening to Elvis, collecting rocks, looking for frogs and doing anything in the wilderness with her loyal companion and best friend, Tokala, her Shetland Sheepdog. Tokala, aka Two-Collars, Beans and Tu-Tu, also works in the office part time as a therapy dog, lifting spirits where needed! We are so blessed to have them both on board!
