Chris joined Express Employment in 2007 as a Staffing Consultant with the opening of the new office in Howell Michigan.  She has experience in recruiting, training and customer service with over 20+ years managing a direct sales business.  Chris has experience in all aspects of the staffing industry and an expert in organizational operations.  As Operations Manager, Chris has responsibility for maintaining the all of the systems and processes that keep Express running efficiently.

Carrie joined our Express Howell team in January 2014 as a Staffing Consultant.  She has a background in retail management and has extensive experience in interviewing, training and job placement.  Carrie received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from Baker College with a concentration in Human Resource Management.  Carrie really enjoys finding the right people for the right job.  "It is very exciting when you can not only make a difference in someone's life by finding them a job that they will enjoy, but it is equally as exciting to find that perfect person that a company has been searching for." 

Terra is a dynamic Director of the Specialized Recruiting Group at Express Employment Professionals, with over 9 years of experience in the staffing industry. She started as a light industrial recruiter and has since grown within the company to lead a talented team of recruitment specialists.  Terra holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and a Bachelors in degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, which provide her with a unique perspective on finding the right talent for companies. She is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and helping businesses find the best talent to drive their growth.  In her free time, Terra enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her dogs and chickens. She is an avid reader and loves to learn new things. Terra's dedication to her work and her compassion for others make her an exceptional leader in the staffing industry. 

Dio joined Express Employment Professionals of Howell-Brighton in April 2014 as a Front Office Coordinator with a background of customer service and retail. Dio's passion for people and hard work led her to becoming an Employment Specialist in the Skilled Trades niche with Express Employment. "I believe a business is only as good as it's people working together towards a common goal. Alex is a Professional Recruiter with over 5 years of experience in the staffing industry. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Alex has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of talent acquisition, employee retention, and overall people management. Specializing in Human Resources, Accounting, and Logistics recruiting, she has a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in these fields. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors and has a particular passion for golfing. She loves the challenge of the sport and the opportunity it provides to connect with others in a relaxed setting. Alex is also a proud dog owner and spends much of her free time caring for her two furry companions. She enjoys taking her dogs on long walks, exploring new hiking trails, and playing fetch in the backyard. With her combination of professional expertise and personal interests, Alex is a well-rounded and dynamic individual with a lot to offer both in and out of the workplace. Katie graduated Cum Laude from Saginaw Valley State University's honors college with a bachelor's degree in English Literature; her research on Shakespeare's work has been published both online and in print. She is also an active member of a roller derby league in Flint. Katie joined our team in January 2020 as an Employment Specialist. With her background in people management and human resources, she is passionate about finding the right opportunity for job seekers in a safe and satisfying environment.

Nikki joined Express in 2010 as an Office Administrator responsible for payroll, social media and other clerical duties. She graduated Eastern Michigan University in 2015 with a degree in Education.  Nicole transitioned into an Employment Specialist in 2022 contacting job seekers, conducting interviews and placing Associates at companies.

Taylor joined Express Employment in December of 2020 as the Front Office Coordinator and in January 2022 transitioned into a Recruiter Specialist role.  She is a resident of Howell with a background in customer service and retail.  Taylor believes in helping our Associates reach their goals in a happy and productive work environment.

As our Professional Technical Recruiter, Melanie specializes in Industrial Leadership, Construction Management, Project Management and Engineering for Specialized Recruiting Group. Joining Express Employment in May 2021, Melanie brings over a decade of recruitment expertise. As a longtime resident of Livingston County, she finds joy in cherished moments with family and friends, immersing herself in travel, culture, Michigan's outdoor wonders through camping, hiking, and kayaking. Melanie is deeply devoted to the local community, passionately assisting individuals in discovering professional employment opportunities, and actively contributing to the success of local businesses in cultivating thriving workforces.

 

 

 

Joining Express Employment Professionals in 2022 Angela is dedicated to using 20 years of professional experience to benefit both employees and employers. Her bachelor's degree in business management from Baker College was the start of her career path. With experience in both large and small-scale retail management, national training and business development, she understands that the right people in the right place make all the difference.  From catching large king salmon, hooking into monster tarpon or just hanging out on the pontoon Angela loves to spend time on the water with family and friends. Angela is looking forward to addressing the needs of employers and helping employees secure a rewarding career path.

 

Kayce joined the Express Employment team in January 2023. With 20 plus years of retail management experience, Kayce brings her knowledge of recruiting and customer service skills to our office. She looks forward to making impactful connections that will lead to success careers.

Amber joined Express Employment in November 2022 as the Front Office Coordinator and transitioned into a Recruiting Specialist in the spring of 2023. She has plenty of background in customer service & enjoys speaking with the job candidates seeking employment opportunities.  Amber loves outdoor activities especially in summer weather and hanging out with her pups, family, and friends.
