Lauren Odum joined Express Employment in March of 2022 as a Recruitment Specialist and has recently been promoted to Employment Specialist. Lauren has over 18 years of retail management experience and over 2 years  administrative experience. Since starting with express Lauren has been able to use her knowledge, friendly personality, and love of people to create a welcoming environment where associates feel confident and trust us to place them in the perfect job. She loves working with Express because she enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and being able to find them a job they can be successful in. Outside of work she enjoys painting and writing short stories. She loves spending time with her kids and friends; loves traveling and trying new foods from all over the world.

 

Kathy Hubbell joined Express Employment Professionals in 2021 as an Employment Specialist.  She brings 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the Engineering and Sales and Marketing Fields, as well as 13 years of Management in the Service and Shipping Receiving Industry.  She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design from Wayne State University in 2002.  Kathy has also obtained her Property Causality License and Property Management Certification.  She has a passion for growing our business plan and leading the way in providing excellent customer service to Clients and Associates.  She feels rewarded every day collaborating with the team at Express as a staffing provider and working with multiple industries and a variety of jobs.  In her spare time, she enjoys boating, kayaking and beach vacations. 

 

Tarah Cardella joined Express Employment Professionals in January of 2022 as a Front Office Coordinator and was promoted to our Payroll Specialist.  Tarah has over 9 years of experience in the Staffing and Recruiting field and over 7 years of experience with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.  Tarah's work purpose is to use her friendly demeanor and her passion for helping others to grow the business and give Express Employment's clients and associates the best possible experience, so that we stand out from our competitors. Outside of the office - she enjoys live music, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family.   

 

Antoinette Hill joined our office in July of 2020 and is currently our Front Office Coordinator. She brings over 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant of a middle school as well as 3+ years as a guest teacher and paraprofessional in education. Antoinette graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Her love for helping others grow and become successful has become apparent with Express associates by ensuring a welcoming environment, establishing rapport, and helping answer all questions with patience and knowledge. Antoinette hopes to continue the success of Express by impacting the lives of our associates with a positive interaction, sharing we care and ensuring a safe office atmosphere. In her off time, Antoinette loves spending time with her family, having game and movie nights, and curling up with a good book.

 

Jessica Coburn joined Express in 2019 as a Recruiting Specialist. She was quickly promoted to Employment Specialist to handle one of our rapidly growing industrial clients. Jessica graduated with her BBA Dual Major in Management and Marketing. Her previous position was as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a well-known beverage company for 3 years where she managed to fill higher level and more difficult positions daily. Jessica enjoys working for such a rewarding company like Express because how much of an impact we make on our associate's daily lives.  Jessica loves taking on new challenges and enjoys traveling to new places

 

Kimberly Bouchard joined Express Employment Professionals as a Recruiting Specialist in August 2020 and is currently an Industrial Employment Specialist. She has 10 years of HR Administrative experience and the last 3 years as a Hiring Manager. Since starting with Express, she has exceled in every recruiting project. As Employment Specialist, she plans to create and maintain lasting relationships with her clients and help as many people find forever jobs as she can. She graduated from Valparaiso University with a Double BA in History and Latin. She loves history and has worked and/or volunteered at many local museums, including The Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village and The Henry Ford Estate and has even participated in archeological dig in Macedonia!

Ashley joined Express Employment Professionals May of 2021 as a recruiter. She was recently promoted to Employment Specialist, while bringing in 10 year of customer service experience. She graduated with a Degree in General Business. Ashley aims to create that relationship with our associates and being able to help them find a job and success with their position. Ashley loves being outside, spending time with family and her sweet dog.  

 

Sarah Petersen joined our Express family in January 2021 as a Recruiting Specialist, was promoted to Employment Specialist for Office Services, and is now the Lead of the division. Sarah brings over 13 years of Account Management and Project management experience in Cultural and Leadership development that translates well into her current role.  She feels the most rewarding part of her position has been getting to know our associates on such a level that allows her to suggest future long-term opportunities to help better their career growth. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like riding her bike, going for walks, and camping.  Sarah also takes pride in her exceptional taste in horror movies and all things spooky.

 

 

Doug Carpenter joined Express in 2018 as a Skill Trades Recruiter. He was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2020. Doug has 25 years of experience of entrepreneurship and sales/business development in the staffing industry. He feels one of his great successes has been growing Express business and building relationships with clients and employees. Doug has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University.   He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids during his free time.
