Michael Lee spent the first 13 years of his career as a yo-yo man and motivational speaker, performing for a unique entrepreneurial startup that took him to all 50 states in America, four continents, and three trips to the White House. A graduate of Azusa Pacific University in Business Administration, Michael has developed several creative recruiting and hiring practices, training, and management programs for multiple organizations throughout his career. After a 10 year tenure of serving the Seattle community as the Franchise Owner of Express Seattle, Michael received SHRM-SCP certification, and is an active member of the Seattle SHRM organization, showcasing his dedication to continual development of his Human Resources education and expertise. Michael is constantly engaging with his community through local Chamber events, church gatherings, and his "fit family" at the X Gym, Spartan and Tough Mudder races.
