Daniel is a born and raised Kent/Covington resident who decided to join us here at Express Seattle because he liked the idea of working in a fast-paced environment and being able to help people find a job that will help them further in their lives. Daniel is a very hard-working individual; he is dedicated to achieving results and enjoys working in an environment where he can have fun. Before joining our team, Daniel had 7 years of experience in the management department of Costco as well as 6 months of merchandising with Pepsi.

Daniel is an admirer of the summer when he can enjoy various outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, longboarding, swimming, and BBQing.

Charles started at Express in February of 2021. Charles is a Washington State native who spent his first 23 years here before packing everything up, selling his cars, and moving to Hawaii. After his return to Washington State, Charles joined the Express team as the Brand Manager but has since switched roles and is now thriving as the Office Services Recruiter.   

In his free time, Charles enjoys traveling, snowboarding, camping, building cars, mountain biking, and pretty much anything outdoors in warm beach-like weather.

Maddison is originally from northern California but moved closer to her family. After serving in the military, she joined the Express team and started as an associate in light industrial roles. Her amazing work ethic and skills caught the attention and Maddison quickly became their go-to person for various tasks in the office. Now, she's an employment specialist and manages the light industrial desk!

When Maddison isn't working, she loves to pursue her passion for photography, explore the outdoors, and hang out with her five furry friends. She's a people person and enjoys meeting new folks and learning about their lives.

Alec was born and raised right here in western Washington. After high school and church service, Alec attended Brigham Young University where he attained a BA in Political Science and an MA in Education with highest honors. Before coming to Express, Alec worked in the education sector as a teacher, writer, trainer and administrator. With his past experiences in education, Alec has developed a ‘people first’ skillset to problem-solving that helps firms achieve their business goals.

Alec and his wife are the parents of four beautiful children and one ugly one (joking—they are all beautiful in their own special way). In his spare time, Alec loves spending time with his family, serving in his church, going to Mariner games, mentoring teenagers, and coaching tough-to-watch Little League baseball teams.
