Miko continues to lead the Express Pittsburgh West team, currently as Director of Sales & Training. She is enrolled in the prestigious Express Leadership Academy for Managers as she helps coach and develop all things sales for us. She has been at the top of the leader board in placements and service for the past 8 years. She can connect associates to our many clients in the Beaver County area with ease.

 

Miko previously worked with Express Employment Professionals in the Scranton office as a Staffing Consultant for over 2 years before moving to the Pittsburgh West area. Miko joined the Express Pittsburgh West team in 2015 and has successfully brought her abilities and experiences in staffing to better help our associates’ and clients’ needs.

 

She also uses her communication skills and knowledge of the business world as a Customer Service Representative for the state of Ohio.  Miko has completed Social Service courses at Wilberforce University and is a Certified Presenter from the Benefits Rights Information (BRI). 

 

In Miko’s free time, she enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures as well as spending time with her family and friends. Miko supports The Franklin Center and Professional Outfitters of Aliquippa and New Brighton. She also partners with CareerLink for job outreach, training, and placement.

Joani's outreach since she started with Express Pittsburgh West in 2014 has been focused on relationships. She is a connector. In today's world she is focusing on our candidate engagement and how we, Express Pittsburgh West can help the candidates navigate the process; upskill, relearn and market themselves professionally all the time.

 

After a 20+ year career in Medical Office Management, Joani made the move to Express Employment Professionals. First as a Staffing Consultant and later as the Client Services Manager. Joani enjoys meeting our clients and connecting them with our associates and keeping them abreast of the latest educational offerings from Express Employment Professionals! It is all about making the connections, finding the talent, and more! Skilled in Human Resources, Sourcing, Customer Service, Sales, and Recruiting.

 

Joani is proud to call Pittsburgh her home and enjoys supporting the community as an FBLA Judge for the Beaver County Career and Technology Center, serves on the Advisory Board of Parkway West Career and Technology Center's Welding Program, is an Ambassador to The Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce and is a mentor to a Syrian refugee family through Hello Neighbor. She also supports (or volunteers) with many non-profits close to her heart including 412 Food Rescue, The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, Hope Grows, Bridge to Home Animal Rescue, The Salvation Army, Family Resources, and more.

 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and her pooch Harley, gardening, cooking, baking, entertaining and the Pittsburgh arts scene.

Ryan began at Express in September 2023 as an Outside Sales Representative. He has a sales background and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He enjoys building relationships with existing and future clients. 

 

Ryan graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing and sports management from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a Pittsburgh native, currently living in the Airport Area. 

 

Ryan supports his community in his spare time by volunteering as a coach for various local high school sports programs. He also works seasonally as a Green Hat for the NFL at Steelers home games. 

 

When Ryan isn't working, you can find him at a local golf course or traveling with friends and family.

Mike joined the Express Pittsburgh West team in July 2020, bringing 15 years of experience in recruiting and sales. Since joining our team, he has continually proven his dedication to building and strengthening relationships with his clients and associates. 

 

He participated in and completed Express’ Skilled Trades Fast Track Program and grew our Skilled Trades placements by 209% in 2022.

 

With Mike’s commitment and passion, before the end of December 2022, he achieved the number one spot in Skilled Trades for our Northeast Zone and still holds the number one spot at the start of 2023!

 

Mike’s technical knowledge and former on-the-job learning contribute to his match-making success for our clients with skilled trades’ needs. Mike simply excels in customer service and his expertise is recruiting potential candidates from a variety of sources, prescreening, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, and placing candidates into the workforce.

 

In Mike’s spare time he plays drums for a band called “Sundog Rising” and thoroughly enjoys making music. When he’s not at work or playing drums, you can find Mike on his boat.

Ida is currently our Light Industrial Employment Specialist for Beaver County. She joined the Express Pittsburgh West team in October 2022 as our Front Office Coordinator. She works directly with our associates and she’s the one who will welcome you with her smile and positive, upbeat attitude when you visit our Monaca office.

 

She has 20 years of customer service experience and over 10 years of Account Management and Project Management. She enjoys working with the public and helping people.

 

Ida enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Kaitlyn began at Express Pittsburgh West in October 2022 as Sourcing Specialist and assisting in Community Outreach. She comes from 8 years in the nonprofit sector and has always enjoyed making connections and building relationships.

 

Prior to nonprofit work, Kaitlyn was in marketing & sales roles, specifically in sports, working for the Cleveland Guardians.  Her blend of sales, customer service and passion for the community led her to this position with Express. 

 

A Beaver County native, Kaitlyn gives back to the community by serving on committees and boards, most recently the Beaver County Children & Youth Services Advisory Board.  Kaitlyn and her husband are also small business owners. 

 

When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her husband & two children. She enjoys traveling to new places and being a “homebody” while decorating/designing and doing all things creative!

Jordan started at Express Employment in January 2024 as the Office Services Employment Specialist. She has experience in top to bottom recruiting with a knowledge of prescreening, interviewing, and placing candidates from her time at Wounded Warrior Project, where she worked with our veterans.

 

She has excellent communication and HR skills from her military background in the United States Coast Guard, and she loves connecting with our Associates to find them gainful employment in today’s workforce.

 

In her spare time, Jordan volunteers with the Quaker Valley School District for her children’s sports teams and is always looking for new opportunities to volunteer with our homeless and veteran community. As a mom of four, she also enjoys relaxing and spending time with her husband and kids.

Annette is our resident expert on servicing our INTERNAL customer – the associate. She is our go-to person for all support and operational items. She processes payroll, manages worker’s compensation and unemployment claims. Annette also is the liaison to many of our recruiting partners.

 

Annette began working with Express Employment Professionals in February of 2008. Before working with Express, she worked for Ductmate Industries and Asko Manufacturing in various capacities in customer service, engineering, and as a liaison between sales, engineers, manufacturing, and other divisions. 

 

Annette volunteers in many capacities at St. Thomas A. Becket Parish and at the Jefferson Hills, West Allegheny, and Crafton Libraries. She is a member of St. Lucy's Auxiliary.
