Miko continues to lead the Pittsburgh West team, currently as Director of Sales & Training. She is enrolled in the prestigious Express Leadership Academy for Managers as she helps coach and develop all things sales for us. She has been at the top of the leader board in placements and service for the past 8 years. She can connect associates to our many clients in the Beaver County area with ease.

Miko previously worked with Express Employment Professionals in the Scranton office as a Staffing Consultant for over 2 years before moving to the Pittsburgh West area. Miko joined the Express Pittsburgh West team in 2015 and has successfully brought her abilities and experiences in staffing to better help our associates’ and clients’ needs.

She also uses her communication skills and knowledge of the business world as a Customer Service Representative for the state of Ohio.  Miko has completed Social Service courses at Wilberforce University and is a Certified Presenter from the Benefits Rights Information (BRI). 

In Miko’s free time, she enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures as well as spending time with her family and friends. Miko supports The Franklin Center and Professional Outfitters of Aliquippa and New Brighton. She also partners with CareerLink for job outreach, training, and placement.

Email Mike

Mike joined the Express Pittsburgh West team in July 2020, bringing 15 years of experience in recruiting and sales. Since joining our team, he has continually proven his dedication to building and strengthening relationships with his clients and associates. 

He participated in and completed Express’ Skilled Trades Fast Track Program and grew our Skilled Trades placements by 209% in 2022.

With Mike’s commitment and passion, before the end of December 2022, he achieved the number one spot in Skilled Trades for our Northeast Zone and still holds the number one spot at the start of 2023!

Mike’s technical knowledge and former on-the-job learning contribute to his match-making success for our clients with skilled trades’ needs. Mike simply excels in customer service and his expertise is recruiting potential candidates from a variety of sources, prescreening, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, and placing candidates into the workforce.

In Mike’s spare time he plays drums for a band called “Sundog Rising” and thoroughly enjoys making music. When he’s not at work or playing drums, you can find Mike on his boat.

Email Ida

Ida is currently our Light Industrial Employment Specialist for Beaver County. She joined the Express team in October 2022 as our Front Office Coordinator. She works directly with our associates and she’s the one who will welcome you with her smile and positive, upbeat attitude when you visit our Monaca office.

She has 20 years of customer service experience and over 10 years of Account Management and Project Management. She enjoys working with the public and helping people.

Ida enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Email Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn began at Express in October 2022 as Sourcing Specialist and assisting in Community Outreach. She comes from 8 years in the nonprofit sector and has always enjoyed making connections and building relationships.

Prior to nonprofit work, Kaitlyn was in marketing & sales roles, specifically in sports, working for the Cleveland Guardians.  Her blend of sales, customer service and passion for the community led her to this position with Express. 

A Beaver County native, Kaitlyn gives back to the community by serving on committees and boards, most recently the Beaver County Children & Youth Services Advisory Board.  Kaitlyn and her husband are also small business owners. 

When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her husband & two children. She enjoys travelling to new places and being a “homebody” while decorating/designing and doing all things creative!
